I know it's a hot market but we literally went live with the listing on Friday and had it under contract that Sunday night. I started interviewing real estate agents in March 2018. Even though I was not ready to list my house yet, Michelle was wonderful. She listened to me patiently, answered my questions in a timely manner, and followed up periodically...but she was never pushy. I finally listed my house on June 20, 2018, and had a contract on it 3 days later for the exact price I had hoped for. From listing to closing, my house sold in 41 days! --I am very glad I interviewed several companies because 2 other companies were not interested in listening to me or even answering my questions in a timely manner...not to mention they also said I had to list my house for 10K and 15K dollars less than what I wanted...my guess is so they could 'sell it faster.' Well, I think 41 days from listing to closing is pretty fast...and I got more money! Call Michelle, she is awesome!
